Phantom Galleries LA is a Los Angeles County based organization that transforms vacant storefront windows into 24/7 public art galleries. Each installation is a unique relationship between the participating Artist, Curator, Property Owner and the Community that the exhibit is in. Exhibits are curated by local Arts Organizations, Los Angeles based Galleries, Independent Curators, and Los Angeles based Artists. The project gives local artists an opportunity to exhibit their work, while fostering economic development by drawing attention to available retail space. The project promotes the creative communities of Los Angeles to a broader audience. By pooling our resources we can create goodwill and a sense that Los Angeles is a single community booming with culture.
The Loft at Liz's is a unique gallery space that strives to provide support and exposure for emerging and established artists and artisans from California and beyond. The Loft at Liz’s goal is to provide a venue that fosters an open dialogue between eclectic and diverse points of view, ideologies and experiences. The Loft at Liz’s owner - Liz Gordon has established in her gallery an pace, rhythm and style for her shows that have makes each new opening at The Loft at Liz's an event not to be missed.
The Dreaming Zebra Foundation was established in Portland, OR, in the interest of promoting greater access to the arts for children and young adults. Our founders recognized a pressing need in many communities for the promotion of charitable donations of art and music supplies to support individuals, schools, and other nonprofit organizations serving youth and the arts. With the help of our volunteers, donors, and sponsors, DZF provides new and gently recycled art supplies, musical instruments, and other creative resources to those in need. We also strive to raise community awareness and support for arts education in the future.
The Art-to-Art Palette is a Midwest print and electronic journal in service to the Arts and Educational communities. Since 1988 it has worn many public servant hats, however today the heart of its news, stories and features mainly revolve around those within Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Kentucky, Tennessee, West Virginia, and the Western portions of Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania and New York. Continuing, the Art-to-Art Palette also opens its Main Section with the artistic and educational happenings from its national associations formed throughout its history.
Galerie Anaïs is a new and important addition at Bergamot Station in Santa Monica hosted by 2 energetic female gallerists, Anna Meliksetian and Shomais Ghassemi. Anna Meliksetian is an art historian and art writer who has been involved in the local art scene for the past 15 years. Her background working in various galleries, as a college instructor and writer has culminated in this dream of having her own gallery. Shomais Ghassemi has been involved in the international art world while living in London and Tehran. She has recently returned to Los Angeles after 18 years of living abroad and is excited about launching a gallery in her hometown. Both women are now seeing their vision of a gallery of contemporary art come together at this wonderful space at Bergamot Station. The gallery will feature emerging and mid-career local artists.
MiMo Gallery's name abbreviates Mid-century Modern. The range of MIMo collection spans from art deco, bauhaus, mid century modern and 70's futuristic. Gallerye also collects and sells op art and pop art pieces. MIMO's merchandise are originated from France, Italy, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe and the USA. Gabor Újvari and Beatrix Barbara Bikali, proprietors of the gallery are certified appraisers with fifteen years of experience in the modern antiques business. They recently moved to Los Angeles, California from Europe.
Artistic Voyage is a Yorba Linda-based classical music / art exposition series with a worldwide vision. The series celebrates the creative goodness of God, the transformative power of music and art and the inspired strength of people from all walks of life uniting behind a common purpose to make a difference in the world. A portion of the proceeds from each event within the series is donated to worthwhile humanitarian causes. Artistic Voyage’s goal is to develop a cultural and artistic center in North Orange County where people experience the beauty of the arts and where the church’s role as patron of the arts is celebrated. The Country Cooperative and the cable network BlueHighways TV has teamed up to create a groundbreaking marketing opportunity to help connect the global marketplace to segmented, under-serviced niche art business communities. Country Cooperative recently launched its first portal for the visual arts community Artist Co-Op along with it's companion social networking site Artist Coop. Artisans, Artists, Galleries from around the world network together through the Country Cooperative and beginning to work on the second community portal Americana Music. This next one will be focused around indie musicians in the country, gospel, folk and bluegrass genres.

H. Kazan Gallery showcases works of those who think independently and pursue their work seriously. H. Kazan Gallery presents solo and group exhibitions as well as diverse multimedia projects, that enriches the vocabulary of the creative arts. ASTO Museum of Art is contemporary art venue located 4505 Huntington Dr. South, Los Angeles, CA 90032. ASTO means to have alternative space to reestablish and reinvent social responsibility of art. Rachel White of Art from Scratch started Foundation for the Arts in 2009, to provide individual artists, from the Los Angeles and Inland Empire, the ability to proudly show their work. You will find, in Art from Scratch online gallery, a sampling of the artist's work on display, all with the option of purchasing. Their creative, original work uses a wide variety of media, using different pastels, pencils, brushes and surfaces.
