Born Chicago, Illinois, Elisse Pogofsky-Harris received her art degree from the University of Michigan. As a resident of the American Academy in Rome, she resided for 12 years in Italy. She presently resides in Ojai, Ca. Her Work is internationally exhibited and is part of many important public and private collections.
